Corning Preserve Phase 2 is an essential infrastructure and community facility project that includes the creation of public festival space with civic amphitheater, as well as numerous green and sustainable improvements to the public riverfront preserve. The project also includes the mitigation and restoration of the Patroon Creek and Tivoli Lake located in the low-income Arbor Hill neighborhood. Corning Preserve is a regional destination for recreation and entertainment and draws hundreds of thousands of people to the waterfront every year. An expanded preserve with festival and civic space will spawn economic growth and generate additional retail, business, construction and service jobs.
