Project Recipient: Proctor's Arts Center & Theatre of Schenectady

Funding will be used for cogeneration at the Proctor's District Heating Plant to expand to support downtown economic development projects while contributing no new carbon emissions. By leveling demand, the plant provides the most efficient use of fuels.
