 The National Institute of Sustainable Energy’s (NISE) “zero-energy” program to support innovative secure, safe and sustainable facilities for the U.S. State Department’s Overseas Building Operations.  This would lead to new jobs in New York State.  It is aligned with the President's emphasis on shifting the nation from its dependence on imported oil to clean, domestic, and renewable energy sources, and will represent an important step towards furthering the goal of advancing our use of energy efficiency.
