Deploys 5-7 operational roadside demonstrations of fast-growing shrub willow energy crops for bridge abutment/flood plain soil stability, sound barriers, snow fences and low-impact median safety thickets. Year Three NYS, Counties, Towns and Villages are potentially able to reduce snow related state/local governmental annual operational/maintenance costs by $62,000 per mile.
