There is now compelling data from local and national studies showing a relationship between enforcement of lesser offenses using new technologies and reduction of violent crime. Specifically, we will identify, analyze and apply DNA/Digital Evidence technology to lesser offenses and measure, manage and monitor the impact on violent crime.
