Project Recipient: Schenectady Museum Association

Funds would be used for the museum's educational programming. The museum offers five areas of educational programming: Science Explorations, Planetarium Programs, Science Circuits, Invention Convention, and Outreach Programs. It also offers financial assistance to school districts which cannot afford field trips.

The Schenectady Museum's educational and programmatic work, regarded to be the best informal science technology engineering & mathematics (STEM) education organization in Tech Valley, comes at a time when there is a clear need for these efforts.
