Rehabilitate or Replace Livingston Ave. Swing Bridge

New York State Deparment of Transportation

This project is for rehabilitation or reconstruction of the Livingston Ave. swing bridge carrying railroad tracks over the Hudson River. It is used extensively by Amtrak as part of the Empire Corridor Service and enables passenger rail service to connect all points north and west of Albany to cross the Hudson river and travel to all locations south (NYC) and east.
