Featured Funding Opportunities and Grant Assistance:

Congressman Tonko will be hosting Federal and New York State Historic Preservation Tax Credit Programs Workshop: Monday, June 20, 2016, 2:00 to 4:00 PM - Schenectady Armory - 125 Washington Avenue, Schenectady. Owners of historic properties may be eligible for 20% federal and 20% state historic preservation income tax credits for rehabilitation projects. This workshop will help realtors, contractors, owners of income producing/commercial historic properties, business and home owners, and community leaders learn about opportunities for community reinvestment. Presenters will include representatives from NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Preservation Studios, and Preservation League of NYS. There is no charge for this workshop. Please call Congressman Tonko’s Albany Office to register, 518-465-0700.
