The USDA and EPA will host upcoming webinars focused on Cool & Connected, a program in which a team of experts assist community members in developing strategies and action plans for using planned or existing broadband service to promote smart, sustainable community development. The Cool & Connected program will help communities take advantage of new or existing broadband service to create walkable, connected, economically vibrant main streets and small-town neighborhoods.
