Inflation Reduction Act Climate Provisions Town Hall

Almost one year ago, Congress and President Biden passed the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) into law.

This legislation, among other items, contains historic and ambitious goals to protect our climate and meet our nation's clean energy goals. To this end, I will be hosting a Town Hall in collaboration with the New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund (NYLCVEF) at 5:30PM on Wednesday, August 16th - on the one year anniversary of IRA being signed into law - to inform community members of how the climate provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act will help us chart a greener and more sustainable future.

This event will be held at the Washington Avenue branch of Albany Public Library, 161 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12210.
