Congressman Paul Tonko will visit the Cobleskill Public Library on Tuesday, July 6th at 2pm to deliver surplus books from the Library of Congress. The Library of Congress Surplus Books Program makes surplus books available to educational institutions, public bodies, and non-profit, tax exempt organizations in the United States.
