CONGRESSMAN TONKO, DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS TO HONOR LOCAL HEROES

Congressman Paul Tonko will join the New York State Commander of the Disabled American Veterans for a special Salute to Veterans on Sunday, November 21st, at the Veterans Club of Lansingburgh. The Ceremony will start at 2pm.

Congressman Paul Tonko will join the New York State Commander of the Disabled American Veterans for a special Salute to Veterans on Sunday, November 21st, at the Veterans Club of Lansingburgh. The Ceremony will start at 2pm.

Congressman Tonko will help present medals to seven local veterans during the ceremony. Some of the veterans, who served in World War II and the Vietnam War, never received the medals they earned during their service. Congressman Tonko helped secure medals for some of those who are being honored.

The ceremony is being hosted and organized by the Disabled American Veterans Chapter No. 38, Rev. Francis A Kelley
