Congressman Paul Tonko will testify before the House Rules Committee today, as it debates rules that will govern next week’s vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

During his testimony, Congressman Tonko will use examples from residents in the 21st Congressional District to illustrate why a repeal of the new health care reform law will jeopardize our small businesses, seniors and the middle class.
