Congressman Paul Tonko, Congressman Chris Gibson, and Plug Power President Andy Marsh will hold a news conference at Plug Power in Latham on Monday, April 25 at 10:15am to announce collaboration on a bill that’s been introduced in the House of Representatives to reform tax credits for fuel cell-powered vehicles.

The legislation would simplify and improve tax credits for fuel cell-powered vehicles, especially those for industrial use, and provide incentives for companies to invest in this clean energy technology and create new jobs.
