Congressman Paul Tonko will host a live telephone town hall meeting on Wednesday, September 21, from 5:45pm to 7pm to discuss response to the floods that resulted from Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee.
Congressman Tonko will be joined by the following federal & state officials on the call, who will be able to answer questions and offer assistance to those who suffered losses because of the disasters:

The telephone town hall uses a computer program to create a large-scale conference call between Congressman Tonko and potentially thousands of constituents from the 21st Congressional District. At the start of the meeting, a random selection of constituents from flood affected areas in the district will receive calls inviting them to participate.
