Congressman Paul Tonko will hold a community forum Wednesday, August 21 at the Ballston Town Hall. Tonko will deliver brief opening remarks about job creation and economic development, and spend the remainder of the time answering questions from constituents in attendance. The event Wednesday will be Tonko’s sixth town hall meeting this year.

“I am pleased to have the opportunity to provide these open forums and speak directly with my friends and neighbors in the Capital Region so frequently,” said Tonko. “In communities like Ballston, Watervliet, Amsterdam and many others, there are many questions about the effects of sequestration, relief from severe weather events, and the passage of a farm bill – just to name a few. I look forward to meeting with those in attendance, answering their questions, and taking their ideas back to Washington.”
